Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team a sales associate. This full time, on-site role is based in our office in Waite Park, MN and also requires some travel for sales visits. The position will engage in direct sales activities in a sales territory. The position is full time Monday through Friday with opportunities for a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus sales areas include Alexandria, to Brainard Lakes to St. Cloud Area
- Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members through the duration of a project
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquires and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction practices, materials and terminology.
- Proficient in general computer use (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Self-motivated to achieve sales targets
- Drivers License is required. Travel to jobsites is required.
Compensation / Benefits.
- Base Salary starting at $40,000, with commission pay.
- Flexible schedule
- Commission Pay with Bonus opportunities

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team a project associate. This full time, on-site role is based in our office in Waite Park, MN. Working in a small company will offer many opportunities to experience different parts of the company and the construction processes. The position will assist in a variety of tasks includes project management, sales, and material handling and ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sr. Project Manager with bidding and estimating. Also help with project management documentation and communication with key stakeholders.
- Assist with sales communication with protentional customers gathering project details and communicating estimates with customers.
- Assist with material ordering for construction projects, take-off estimates, and occasional material deliveries.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction practices, materials and terminology.
- Proficient in general computer use (Microsoft Office)
- Detail orientated and a focus on accuracy
- Versatility and willingness to cross train in all parts of the company.
- Drivers License preferred.
Compensation / Benefits.
- Competitive salary wage starting at $59,000 annually, based on experience.
